1.Go to the Students or Assignments Module
2.Select the Actions Button
3.Select “Export”
1.You will need a Google Doc Account already established
2.Enter your Account ID and Password
3.Choose a name for the Google Doc Folder
4.Choose the Names of the export Files

2.A message will confirm the successful export
1.The Export data is now showing in Google Doc under the Folder Indicated
1.The information is readily available and can be analyzed or exported into other systems
